| My
buddy Joe took this the second morning of the tour. Still cheerful! | Peace,
Baby. | I took some photos while I was riding. not smart. | Early
morning, Illinois railroad tracks. |
| | | |
| This
is where I store my extra... In Nevada where Prince will never even think
to look. | I became semi-obsessed with abandoned shacks. This one, high
in the Rockies was my favourite... | Daniel, Mary, and Mac Cevallos. The
coolest folks in the Rockies. | Three minutes after this photo, I hit approx.
10,000 feet, the temp dropped 20 degrees and I rode down the mountain at 5 mph,
shivering and shaking in a sleetstorm with an impatient 18-wheeler riding my ass
and no shoulder to get out of his way on... that was fun. |

| Desert
at sundown. My favourite pic of the whole damn tour. | My second favourite
pic of the tour. Smoking a ciggie at the gas station. Erik The Red cheats death
one more time. | Erik and me. I look like an over eager kid next to E. | How
could I not fall in love with her? |
| | | |
| The
Twang Cafe... I love sitting down for gigs these days. | A web site,
countless emails and posters 28 years and still they misspell my name... | My
San Francisco Treat... | Aaron and his girl, Eden. Ain't they LA's
hottest couple? |
| | | |
| The
beginning of the weirdest, all-night ride of the tour an hour later I was
riding in torrential rain toward Las Cruces, NM where I underwent two tornadoes
that left two inches of... | ...this on my collapsed
tent. | Texas sunset... |
Austin's famous phallic hotel... |
| | | |
| My
oldest friend. We were in our first band together at the age of 12. Still one
of the finest musician's I know. Brad Milwee, new daddy. |
I could kick Tim McGtaw's ass. | Douglas Corner, my favourite
Nashville venue. I performed here with... | ...these two mooks. Kenan Boyle
and Jeremy Baldwin. Check them out. Kenan writes the purest, coolest, hard-rocking
country tunes you'll ever get drunk too, and Jeremy is The Jazz Assassin. Senor
Groove. |

| The
most gorgeous bike I have ever beheld a lot of hand-machining went into
this bike, and the love shows. | ...oooh,
pretty! | | |
